What you need to know when buying avocados

It's a shame when it turns out that the top layer is soft enough, and the middle itself is unpalatable because of the tart taste, which says that the fruit is not ripe. In order for this fruit to bring pleasure, with the purchase one should pay attention to the following signs:

  • Colour;
  • softness;
  • cutting

So, what you should know:

  1. When the fruit is too hard, and the color is light green, it means that its time will come in about 5 days. While you have it, you do not need it.
  2. Again, the fruit is hard, but the color is different in that it has a moderate green shade. So, in three days it will be possible to eat avocados.
  3. The fruit is soft only slightly, and its color is deep green. It can be tasted in a day.
  4. Saturated dark green and soft fruit can be eaten almost immediately.
  5. The avocado, which is soft and has a very dark color, has already reappeared, having lost its unique taste qualities. But this fruit should not be confused with the natural black avocado, which is called haas.
  6. On the handle you can navigate whether the avocado is ready to eat.If you can find a space of bright yellow light under the handle, you can safely buy it. But a dark brown shade will confirm that this fruit is clearly over-ripe.

A pregnant woman needs additional nutrients, which for two is clearly not enough. And to fill this shortage will help the fruits of avocados.
