Cardamom is added to tea or coffee on the tip of a spoon: about half of the grains in one box. During the day you should not drink more than 4 cups of such a drink.

To make the tea gentle, “voluminous”, refined to taste, choose dark large kernels of cardamom. Green variety of grains will give a more pronounced flavor, so those who do not like spicy drinks will need to strain the tea a couple of minutes after dipping the seasoning into it.

Drink and simple decoction without tea leaves. On a glass of boiled water 1-2 boxes of cardamom are brewed with the addition of other spices: ginger, cinnamon, star anise, mint. This tincture can be drunk not only hot but also cold. Tea will help relieve headaches, nausea and calm before bedtime.

  5. Festive recipe. In boiling water (0.5 l) pour 3 spoons of black tea leaves, let the tea brew. Then add to the decoction of peeled orange and tangerine peels, as well as apple peel. Boil for 2-3 minutes. Add a bouquet of spices: cloves, cinnamon and cardamom. If desired, you can add thyme, then the taste will be softer.
  6. Delicious dessert tea with cardamom is made with milk: mix 250 ml of hot water and 250 ml of milk, boil, add 2-3 teaspoons of soft tea leaves and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Sweat over low heat until a characteristic peach color is obtained. Before removing from the heat in the broth add a few grains of cardamom. After that, strain the tea and serve it warm. This drink is pleasant to drink with pastries or without snacks.
