For example, in China, manufacturers of glass noodles began to use corn starch for its production, which at a cost proves to be more profitable for producers, but to hide their fraud, they had to use components that lead to a bleaching effect. The problem was that these very components contained lead, and this, naturally, did not add to the product of utility, but, on the contrary, made its use hazardous to health. For this scandal in the Chinese and Russian markets began to be carried out numerous quality checks of glass noodles. The priority goal of quality control is consumer safety due to the fact that unscrupulous manufacturers, seeking to save on production, and thus earn more money, sometimes use food additives that are prohibited to use.
