  2. Put the oven to warm up (temperature 180-190 degrees). Grease the pan with butter, heat it to the maximum.Dip each slice of long loaf in the milk mixture, fry until golden crust on both sides.
  3. Wash the strawberries, discard them in a colander and dry. Cut each fruit in half, proceed to the preparation of the sauce. Combine the egg yolks with the remaining powdered sugar, add the cream, vanillin and strawberries. Beat the blender.
