  • raisins, hazelnuts, dried apricots - to taste
  • baking powder - 15 gr.
  • Vanillin - 5 gr.

  1. Remove the butter, leave it under natural conditions for 1 hour. After that, cut the composition into portions, add sugar and vanilla, rub with a fork.
  2. Break eggs into a mass, mix with a whisk, add baking powder, dried apricots, raisins and hazelnuts, crushed flakes at the same time. At will raisins can be soaked in rum for a quarter of an hour.
  3. Begin to pour the previously sifted flour into the previous mass in portions. Knead the dough, place it in a bowl and cover with a towel / cling film. Let it stand for about 1 hour to make the oatmeal swell.
  4. Line the baking sheet with foil, oil the surface. Make cakes out of dough. Put the cookies at a distance of 5-7 cm from each other. Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees, bake cookies for 20 minutes. After the time has expired, cool it, lift it with a knife and place it on a dish.

Spice Cookies

  • flour - 375 gr.
  • egg - 2 pcs.
  • butter - 210 gr.
  • cane sugar - 250 gr.
  • beet sugar - 125 gr.
  • small oatmeal - 160 gr.
  • Vanillin - 12 gr.
  • raisin seedless - 200 gr.
  • baking powder or hydrated soda - 16 gr.
  • ground cinnamon - 10 g.
  • salt - 10 gr.
  • ground cloves - 8 g.
  1. Mix two types of sugar, rub it with pre-softened butter.Add the eggs, beat the mixture with a mixer and set aside.
  2. In the second container, mix the sifted flour, cinnamon, salt, cloves, vanillin. Begin to pour the composition into a creamy mass, bring the composition to homogeneity.
  3. Pour the baking powder, add the raisins and finely ground flakes. Knead the dough uniformly, cover the baking sheet with foil or album sheets smeared with sunflower oil.
  4. Set a temperature of 185 degrees on the oven, lay out the dough, keeping a distance of 7 cm between the cookies. Baking time - a quarter of an hour. Next, you need to cool the dessert under natural conditions. Pry off with a knife, store in a food container with a tight-fitting lid.

Cheesecake

 Oatmeal Cookies with Curd

  • butter - 65 gr.
  • cottage cheese (fat content from 15%) - 265 gr.
  • Vanillin - 14 gr.
  • sour cream - 35 gr.
  • sugar - 130 gr.
  • egg - 2 pieces
  • small oatmeal - 350 gr.
  1. Remove the oil and leave it at room temperature to soften. Wipe the fat cottage cheese (preferably homemade) through a sieve, mix it with butter, vanilla and regular sugar.
  2. Stir the mixture as homogeneous as possible. Add chicken eggs, sour cream, oatmeal chopped in a coffee grinder.
  3. When the dough becomes homogeneous, make cakes out of it. Line a baking sheet with baking paper or grease with oil (vegetable or cream).
  4. Apply a thin layer of sour cream to the caps of the future cookies, send to bake for a quarter of an hour at 210 degrees. After the time has elapsed, cool with a knife and transfer to a food container.

Jam Cookies

  • butter - 175 gr.
  • flour - 360 gr.
  • jam (strawberry or raspberry) - 175 gr.
  • coconut chips - 180 gr.
  • oatmeal (fine grinding) - 200 gr.
  • egg - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 65 gr.
  • fine salt - 10 gr.
  1. Fry the coconut shavings in a skillet to make it brown a little. Mix in a homogeneous mass of sugar, flour, salt, butter, jam, rub the mass with a fork. Pour in chips and ground flakes.
  2. Beat the eggs to the remaining ingredients, knead the dough. Cover it with food film, leave in a warm place for 1 hour. During this period, the flakes are soaked, so that the cookies will turn out to be saturated.
  3. Now preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Start to scoop the dough and spread it on the surface of the pan.Bake for a quarter of an hour, then let cool.
  4. If you wish, you can decorate the top of the cookies with jam, squeezing it out of the pastry bag. In this case, you need to send the dessert for half an hour in the fridge.

Honey Cookies

  • kefir (fat content of 3.2%) - 240 ml.
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • butter - 265 gr.
  • sugar (preferably cane) - 250 gr.
  • honey - 60 gr.
  • flour - 580 gr.
  • oatmeal - 285 gr.
  • baking powder - 15 gr.
  • dried fruits
  1. Beat eggs with sugar, add kefir (can be replaced with water or milk). Heat the oil in the steam bath for 3 minutes. Mix the ingredients together. Pour in the melted honey, start to gradually introduce flakes. If necessary, grind them in a coffee grinder, blender or meat grinder.
  2. Sift flour, mix it with baking powder (you can substitute soda, slaked with vinegar). Enter the composition in portions, constantly mixing the dough. Take care not to form lumps, if necessary, knead them with a fork on the edges of the dish.
  3. In the end, you get a thick dough. Roll it with a sausage, cut it into thin slices, roll each of them into a ball. Apply your hands a little to make a cake 1 cm thick.
  4. Place the parchment on the baking sheet, lay the cakes on the surface, bake for 20 minutes at 185 degrees. After the expiration date, remove the cookie and cool it, pry off with a spatula and move it into a closing container.

Oatmeal Cookies with Walnuts

  • chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • granulated sugar or honey - 90 gr.
  • Vanillin (can be replaced by cinnamon) - 5 gr.
  • Butter - 115 gr.
  • breadcrumbs - 30 gr.
  • walnut - 50 gr.
  • finely ground oatmeal - 165 gr.
  1. Prepare the pan, add finely ground flakes into it, fry on low heat for about 5 minutes. Next, grind them into powder with a blender or a coffee grinder. Do the same with walnuts, combine the two compositions together.
  2. Beat the chilled protein with a mixer, mix with the previous mass. Spread the yolk with melted butter, add to the first composition, add the bread crumbs and bring the mass to a uniform (as far as possible).
  3. Line a baking sheet with landscape sheets soaked in vegetable oil. Spread tortillas out of dough at a distance of 7 cm. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, bake cookies for about a quarter of an hour.
  4. After cooking, leave the product in the oven for another 10 minutes. Then pry with a knife and send to food container. Store in the kitchen cupboard for no longer than 5 days.

Diet cookies

 Dietary oatmeal cookies

  • banana - 1 pc.
  • milk - 120 ml.
  • dried apricots - 20 gr.
  • oatmeal flakes - 170 gr.
  • prunes - 30 gr.

  1. Grind oatmeal in a coffee grinder or blender to make a powder. Cut prunes and dried apricots into thin slices.
  2. Pour the cooled milk into the bowl of the blender, chop the banana into thin slices, also send in a container. Beat the products with a blender to make a smoothie.
  3. In the end, you get mashed potatoes, which must be combined with dried fruit and flakes. Knead the dough, pour it into a pastry bag.
  4. Grease a baking sheet with butter, squeeze the dough into thin cakes. Observe a distance of about 7 cm, bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about a third of an hour. Pick off the finished product with a knife, put it in a container for the microwave.
