  • Butter - 125-130 gr.
  • powdered sugar (for decoration) - 30-40 gr.

  1. First you need to prepare the dough. Take a deep bowl, sift flour into it.Break the cooled egg, add vinegar and water. Stir with a fork. Melt the butter, add to the first composition.
  2. Now knead by hand, then beat the dough several times on the countertop. This way you will make the raw material airy, but without any extra bubbles.
  3. Leave the dough for 45 minutes at room temperature, during this period it will reach and will be ready for further manipulations. The future elasticity and flexibility of the raw material directly depends on the stage.
  4. Prepare the filling. Rinse and dry the apples, remove the core, chop each fruit into 2 parts. Now chop halves with very thin segments, sprinkle with lemon juice.
  5. Send a piece of butter to the pan, melt. Place sliced ​​apples, cinnamon and granulated sugar in a heat-resistant dish. Cover, simmer for 3 minutes at low power.
  6. Peel and chop the walnuts. Send them to the pan, continue to languish until the apples are completely softened. As soon as this happens, turn off the stove, cool the contents.

  2. Blind a ball out of it, smear with the remains of sunflower oil, wrap it with a film. Leave it in a warm place for 45 minutes, so that the raw material finally reaches the bottom.
  3. Wash the cherries, remove the stones, leave the berries on the sieve for draining the liquid. Now move the fruit in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar. After 20 minutes, put the composition on the stove, boil for 7 minutes after boiling.
  4. Drain the juice, it is not needed. Prepare the apples, they must be cleaned, chopped into thin plates and fry in butter. Mix the fruit with the cherry.

  1. Combine chicken yolk with sifted flour, pour in warm water, add salt. Knead the dough to a soft and supple consistency. Insist first at room temperature for 20 minutes, then in the cold for another quarter of an hour.
  2. While the dough comes, do the preparation of the filling. Remove the stem and apple core, wash and dry each fruit. Chop the fruit into very thin slices. Take the raisins, soak it in boiling water for 15 minutes. After that, dry, combine with apples.
