  4. Close your lips and try to lower them down, as if you are grimacing. Then smile, without opening them, put your palms on the high points of the cheeks and begin to pull them to the temples, smoothing wrinkles. Repeat the exercise 25 times, staying at the end point for 5 seconds.
  5. Take in air, close your lips tightly and roll the balloon all over the mouth.Start with the upper lip, smoothly moving left, right, down. Do the exercise slowly, get enough air so that the cheeks are tight. Continue to repeat simple manipulations for another 5 minutes.
  6. Squeeze lips and try to stretch a smile as wide as possible. You should feel pain in your cheekbones. Now dramatically stretch your lips with a pipe and smile again. Repeat two maneuvers alternately, 20 times each.
  7. Place your palms on your cheeks so that the middle finger is at the corners of the lips. Begin slowly to smile, feeling the tension of the cheeks under the palms. Pull the smile even wider, stay at the highest point for 10 seconds. Relax your face, repeat the maneuver, but now when you linger, stick out your tongue and pull it down. Alternate movement, do 20 repetitions (10 with tongue hanging out, 10 without).
  8. Open your mouth and clasp your teeth. Start to open and close the cavity, trying to pull the chin down as much as possible. Palms smooth nasolabial folds. Your movements should resemble a silent conversation, but with great effort. Continue the exercise for 5 minutes, sometimes lingering with your mouth open and your chin directed down for 20 seconds.
  9. Fold the lips with the letter O, then walk your tongue over the inner surface of the lips and cheeks. Apply maximum effort to make the cheeks resist. Continue the exercise for another 5 minutes.
  10. Extend the lower jaw forward, open and close the mouth, pull the cheeks as deep as possible and hold them in that position for 30 seconds. Relax, repeat the exercise 20 times.

Masks to eliminate nasolabial wrinkles

The composition of traditional medicine is applied complex after exercise. Try to prepare masks at home and put them on your face at least 4 times a week. The course is 2 months, after the expiration of the term, you can carry out the procedure 1 time in 5 days to save the result.

  • lemon juice - 40 ml.
  • rye bran - 60 gr.
  • egg - 1 pc.

  • rye flour - 25 gr.
  • oatmeal - 35 gr.

Beat the egg with a whisk, add turmeric powder and mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps. Add flour and mix again. Cover with a mixture of nasolabial wrinkles, chin, forehead, top with food wrap. Wait half an hour.

  • white clay - 25 gr.
  • pink clay - 35 g.
  • green clay - 20 g.
  • lemon juice - 50 ml.
  • honey - 30 gr.

Mask with sour cream

  • pea flour - 40 gr.
  • sour cream with fat content of 20% - 45 gr.
  • kefir - 30 ml.

In kefir, add flour and combine the composition with sour cream. Apply the mask only on the nasolabial folds and cheeks, hold for 40 minutes.

Mask based on potatoes

  • raw potatoes - 1 pc.
  • milk - 50 ml.
  • gelatin - 10 gr.

Pour gelatin with water and wait until it swells. Grate the potatoes and combine with the milk. Mix all the ingredients, cover the face with the mixture and hold for 30 minutes. For oily skin, it is recommended to replace milk with melt water.

Oatmeal mask

  • pitted olives - 35 gr.
  • sour cream - 40 gr.

Mash olives with a fork or chop in a blender, add sour cream to them. Brown oatmeal 30 ml. water, wait 5 minutes. Mix in a homogeneous composition, apply on the whole face and wait 25 minutes.

Kaolin mask

  • kaolin - 15 gr.
  • honey - 15 gr.
  • lime juice - 15 ml.

Mix the components, cover the area of ​​nasolabial wrinkles, wait 30 minutes. After the time expires, remove the mask with cold water and rub the skin with ice cubes.

Citrus Juice Mask

  • grapefruit juice - 20 ml.
  • lemon juice - 10 ml.
  • Pomelo juice - 20 ml.
  • egg white - 2 pcs.
  • honey - 50 ml.

Connect the components, do not whisk the protein. Cover the face and go to rest for 40 minutes.

Mask based on rye flour

  • rye flour - 30 gr.
  • gelatin - 25 gr.
  • kefir - 40 ml.

Glycerin mask

  • glycerin - 25 gr.
  • gelatin - 10 gr.

  • honey - 15 gr.
  • milk - 25 ml.

Soak gelatin in hot milk until it swells. Stir in the glycerin and honey, then gently add the bran. Apply the mixture on a scarf or cotton napkin and put the composition on the cheeks.Wait a quarter of an hour.
