  1. Thanks to the wax shell and honey base, the perga is not weatherburning, permanently retaining useful properties. When used, the product is bitten off and chewed together with honeycombs.
  2. Since honeycombs are difficult to preserve, they need to be cut into squares and put into jars. After that, honey is poured into the container, it should cover the whole bee bread.
  3. In a similar form, the composition is stored on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. If honeycombs with edging, they need to be placed in a container and put in a cool place. A bowl with a solution of vinegar (concentration 9%) is also placed here.

It is important to store fresh perga, which was collected no later than 1 week ago. If you do not follow the rules of preservation, the product will become unusable in 2-3 days. Bee bread can be spoiled by foreign stench or the presence of other flavors, air access, improper temperature conditions or its fluctuations, increased humidity.
