Pickled Quail Eggs: Recipes

The basis of the menu of modern man includes a variety of dishes, some of them do not even know anything. As practice shows, our compatriots consume chicken eggs almost every day. Quail product is not so common, however, and he won his supporters. The thing is a rich list of chemicals that are not lost after processing (pickling). This cannot be said about frying or boiling the product; therefore, marinating recipes are gaining more and more recognition. Let's talk about them in order.

They are required for the correct functioning of the heart, as well as bone consolidation and elimination of problems associated with the musculoskeletal system.   1. First you need to boil 12-14 eggs. After that they are cooled, the shell is removed. You will also need a few garlic dochlek.
  2. Make a marinade. It is prepared from 70 ml. acetic solution, 160 ml. water, 15 pieces of pepper-peas, as well as buds of cloves and Lavrushka. Pour the sugar with salt over a teaspoon and mix.
  3. Send the composition to the hob for boiling. Wait for the start of bubbling, turn off after a couple of minutes. After cooling, send the eggs to the jar with the marinade and garlic. Spin, leave in the cold for a couple of days.

  1. Mix in a total capacity of 0.5 liters. water, 10 g. salts, 40 ml. wine vinegar and 10 grams. sugar sand. Send the ingredients to the stove and wait for boiling. Boil a few more minutes, then remove from heat. Allow the brine to cool slightly.
  2. In parallel, place 20 boiled peeled eggs in a sterile jar. There, add the chopped beets. Pour the marinade over the eggs. Add another pair of garlic teeth, tarragon branch and seasoning to choose from. Cover the jar with a lid and after cooling, send in cold. After 3 days you can try.

Calcined dressing

  1. To make an unusual dressing, you will need quail egg shells.Send it to the glass container and pour in the vinegar. Do not be afraid when you see the presence of a chemical reaction in the form of rapid hiss.
  2. As soon as the hiss is completely over, close the jar with a lid and leave for a few days. After a specified period, strain the composition through a gauze cloth and combine with the same amount of vegetable oil. Stir in seasonings if desired.
  3. Such a refill is necessary to improve health. Calcium, which is contained in the shell, is completely natural. It is perfectly absorbed by the human body. This composition can be refilled salads, add to sauces and marinades.

Chinese pickled eggs

  1. Brew strong black tea in the amount of 200 ml. Crush a small ginger root. Finely chop 2 garlic cloves. Combine the brew with the same amount of soy sauce.
  2. Boil the solution. Mix ginger with garlic. Put some pepper in it. Boil a few more minutes. Separately, boil 10 quail eggs. Clean up. Send the eggs to the marinade and allow to cool to room temperature. Keep 2 days in the cold. Try it.

It is no secret that the composition bears enormous benefit to a person, especially if the subtleties of the technique are observed. Great value lies in quail eggs, because they contain a lot of essential amino acids. They must be ingested from the outside in order for the organs to work harmoniously.
