Pour the dough into a pre-oiled mold. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Tasty condensed milk jelly, prepared on the basis of gelatin, is a useful dish, as this type of thickener helps to strengthen muscle tissue and joints.

You will need:

  • 325 ml of condensed milk;
  • 400 ml of 20% sour cream;
  • 35 g of gelatin;
  • 40 g sugar;
  • 60 ml of water.

Place gelatin in water. After swelling, heat over low heat without boiling. Strain the mass.

Stir sour cream and condensed milk together. Add sugar to the mixture and whisk together, then pour the gelatin into it. After thorough mixing, pour the mixture into the molds and leave in the refrigerator until it solidifies.
