 How to cook cherry compote

Classic Cherry Compote

  • frozen cherry - 550 gr.
  • lemon - ½ pcs.

  2. Add sugar and frozen berries to the pan. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Wait until the first bubbles appear. After that, turn off the heat, remove the pan to the side.
  4. Cover the container with a lid, wrap a warm towel. Allow the compote to infuse for about 3 hours.

  • fresh cherry - 950 gr.
  • raspberry - 550 gr.
  • granulated sugar - 200 gr.
