The classic recipe for tiramisu

  • confectionery liqueur (strong) - 20 gr.

  1. Divide the sugar into 2 equal parts (25 gr. Each), separate the chicken white from the yolk. Place the whites in the fridge for half an hour, at this time rub the yolks with half the sugar. When the protein has cooled, whip it with sugar.
  2. Mix both compositions in one mass, beat with a mixer for 10 minutes (whisk 2 times longer). After the expiration date, add the cheese, rub it with a fork, and then continue to beat with a mixer. The mixture should be thick and homogeneous.
  3. Cool brewed coffee to room temperature, pour brandy or confectionery liqueur to it.
  4. Prepare a bowl in which the cake will be prepared, dip the cookies in the coffee, then drain the bottom of the bowl. Since Sakvoyardi dissolves in a short time, carry out the procedure quickly so that the coffee does not turn into jelly.
  5. After you lay out the first row of cookies, pour it on top with ready-made whipped cream. Next layer the cookie again, pour over the cream mass on top. As a result, you should have 4 layers.
  6. Sprinkle the top of the cake with grated black chocolate or spray cocoa powder. Refrigerate for 5 hours so that the mass is completely soaked.

  2. Stir in the bulk mixture to the yolks, and add half the whipped protein mass. Thoroughly beat the composition with a mixer so that it rises several times. Once this happens, add the second part of the protein mixture and re-lift it with a mixer.
  3. At the end of the manipulation, send the dough into the refrigerator for a quarter of an hour, at this time proceed to the other preparations.
  4. Line a baking sheet with baking paper or foil (in this case, grease it with butter), heat the oven to 200-210 degrees.

  • lemon juice - 30 ml.
