When processing is used only mode 30-40 degrees. Otherwise, the thing "sits down", the structure of the fabric wears out, the pile looks old, worn out.However, experts have developed a careful program that will help clean the suede jacket at home.

Required tools:

  • clothes steamer (steam generator, electric kettle);
  • Special brush for suede (rubber, silicone).

  1. Hang the jacket on the hangers, fasten the buttons, walk your hands over the surface of the product.
  2. Turn on the steamer, start processing from the back. Stretch the fabric, walk the device from top to bottom several times, do not twist the steamer in your hands. Movement should be vertical, strictly in line.
  3. After ironing the back, take a rubber brush for suede, “brush” the pile with it, while the fabric is still wet.
  4. Go to the front of the jacket. First, go along the right side, then process the left. At the end of the manipulation again smooth the pile with a brush.
  5. Now you need to tighten the sleeve and process it with steam in the direction from the shoulders to the wrist. After that, go to the second sleeve, do the previous manipulations. Again "comb" fabric.
  6. The collar and pockets are handled last. Carry out the procedure according to a similar scheme: steam and combed the pile, collecting all the dust and dirt from it.
  7. At the end of all manipulations leave the jacket to dry naturally.Choose a place in which dust does not settle on clothes.

Important!
In cases where there is no steamer, use a regular electric kettle. Pour filtered water into it, boil it, put it on a stool under a hanging jacket. The steam will rise up, you will only need to smooth the product with your hands and clean it with a brush. If desired, you can replace the kettle with a wide saucepan so that the processing area is larger.
