Benefits of melt water

Any water consists of three parts - deuterium (dead), proteium (live) and impurities. Deuterium water is heavy water in which hydrogen is displaced by deuterium. There is no use in such water. Deuterium water freezes at a temperature of about +4 degrees. This means that in settled water with slow cooling, deuterium first freezes. Protein (clean) water is living purified water that we need for normal life. Fresh water freezes at 0 degrees.

The third component of water is various impurities, compounds of substances, organic components.Depending on the purity of the water, impurities make up 0.05-2% of the total mass of the liquid. Impurities are frozen at a temperature of -7 degrees, which allows you to separate them from the total mass.

As you understand, clean water without deuterium and impurities is our goal. This is what we freeze and thaw a liquid for. But what is the benefit of protium (melt) water?

  1. Melt water prevents the aging process, allowing longer preserve youth and health of the body.
  2. Regular drinking of melt water improves health, increases efficiency and stress resistance. An improvement in brain activity and memory has also been noted.
  3. Melt water helps to refresh blood and lower cholesterol.
  4. Drinking thawed water can speed up metabolism, that is, improve metabolism.

  6. Frequent drinking of melt water cleanses the intestines, improves digestion, eliminates food allergies and strengthens the immune system.
  7. Constant drinking of melt water reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

A great example of the benefits of melt water is the Hunza tribe, which lives in the foothills of Pakistan. The population of the tribe has more than fifty people who drink melted water of glaciers all their lives. Scientists studying this tribe noted that human health is at a very high level. Few of the members of the tribe suffered from serious illnesses, and women even in old age were beautiful and slim. None of the tribe suffered from obesity and chronic diseases. Most of the old people overcame the threshold of life in 120 years.

To get closer to the health of the inhabitants of Hunza, you need at least sometimes to drink melt water. Here is the recipe for its preparation.

 How to make melted water

  1. Tap water contains a large amount of chlorine. To get rid of it, you need to pass water through the filter. If you don’t have a filter, you just need to let the water stand for a few hours. When the water is standing, chlorine will rise to the surface and some of it will evaporate. Drain the top layer of water and use the remaining water. Liquid from the very bottom of the tank should also not be used - it accumulates small debris trapped in the plumbing.
  2. Then the water must be disinfected. For this it needs to be heated, but not boiled.Everyone knows that living water contains in its composition the minerals and vitamins necessary for the body. However, when boiling all the useful elements die. Therefore, you need to put water on the fire and carefully follow it. When the water begins to boil, it will become whitish. This is a preliminary boiling point. At this stage, all germs and bacteria die, and the beneficial elements are still alive. We bring water to such a state and remove the container from the fire.
  3. After that, let the clean water cool to room temperature so as not to put the container hot in the refrigerator.
  4. Pour water into a convenient dish (enameled better) and put in the freezer. Please note that you should not fill the container to the eyeballs. Everyone knows that water when freezing increases in size. Therefore, it can simply break the glassware filled to the brim.
  5. After a few hours, the water begins to freeze. As you remember, the first deuterium freezes, already at +3 degrees. Until the water is completely frozen, the first ice should be removed. To do this, make a hole in the frozen mold, pour out clean water from it and throw away the first ice that has frozen. Everything. We cleaned the water from deuterium.
  6. After that, return the deuterium-purified water again to the freezer. Fresh water freezes first along the edges, displacing harmful impurities in the middle. After the water is completely freezing, you may notice that the edges of the ice are clear and transparent, and inside - white and muddy. These are impurities that should also be removed. This can be done in two ways. The first is to simply break away the muddy area with clean tools. The second way is to pour hot water over the impurities and they will quickly melt.
  7. Put the remaining clear ice in the dish and let it melt. After that you can enjoy purified and healthy melt water. It is not recommended to use such water for tea or coffee - when boiling it loses all its beneficial properties.

When making melt water, note that the capacity of the freezer should not be at its maximum. Water should freeze slowly so that it has time to settle. With fast freezing, deuterium does not have time to gather around the edges.

It is better to drink melt water immediately after thawing. Of particular benefit is a glass of melt water, drunk in the morning on an empty stomach. Melt water is not a medicine, so there are no contraindications to its reception.

The modern world of genetically modified products does not leave us fresh food without dyes, pesticides, flavorings and preservatives. Water is practically the only natural product that has remained with modern man. Clean the water at home and restore the body in a natural way. Be healthy!
