How to lose weight with lemon: 3 effective methods

  2. Citrus zest is rubbed on a fine grater or ground in a blender, after which it is added to the first and second dishes of about 45 grams. per serving.
  3. Pure lemon juice should be poured over chicken, mushrooms, fish, seafood and even porridge at the rate of 20 ml. juice per 100 gr. food.
  4. Five times a day, be sure to eat a salad of fresh vegetables. To cook it properly, chop the lemon into small pieces, sprinkle it with stevia a little (natural sweetener). Next, add 30 grams. citrus 120 gr. salad, mix, pour the composition of 30 ml. apple cider vinegar.
  5. It is strictly not allowed to eat semi-finished products, sausages, canned food, homemade pickles. Once a day, add a handful of almonds to salads or salads, you can substitute walnuts for it.
  6. Limit the consumption of potatoes, you can eat only 1 average tuber per day. Eat buckwheat only in the morning. Rice is allowed to eat only brown.
  7. 4 hours before bedtime, drink 400 ml. kefir. 3 hours before bedtime eat a fruit salad of oranges, lemons, kiwi, grapefruit and apples.1 hour before bedtime - a glass of cold water with lemon juice.
  8. Replace white bread with black, which consists of seeds, buckwheat, oats and cereals.

In contrast to the Spanish slimming, "Miami" imposes more stringent requirements and significantly reduces the list of permissible products. For dinner, cook steamed lean fish, pour it with lemon juice. Make a salad of 1 yellow tomato, 1 cucumber, 20 gr. fresh parsley. Add half a lemon to the grated zest. Season vegetables 1 tbsp. spoon of olive oil and 10 ml. lemon juice, do not salt.

In the evening, squeeze the juice from two lemons, dilute it with 1.4 liters of water, add 1 teaspoon of stevia. Starting from 18:00 every hour, drink such lemonade 350 ml. at a time.

In order not to starve, snack between meals. Prefer not to snacks, nuts or chocolate, but apples, in particular, fruit salads. Drink low-fat kefir and eat natural yogurt.

With weight loss by this method, gastric juice is produced in large quantities. People suffering from diseases of the stomach, it is strictly forbidden to resort to this method of weight loss.

Summer diet

The technique is very tough, it refers to express weight loss, because it is designed for 4 days, for which it will take 3-5 kg.

Day 1

For breakfast, cook 2 eggs, add to them one slice of Fetaxa cheese and 2 cucumbers. Drink green tea with lemon.

After a few hours, eat 1 pear, drink 1 glass of water with 50 ml. lemon juice.

For lunch, cook porridge in water, cut half an apple to it and squeeze juice from a quarter of a lemon.

As a snack between lunch and dinner, prepare a fruit salad with obligatory dressing with lemon juice.

For dinner, eat vegetable salad, dressed with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.

At bedtime, dilute 40 ml. lemon juice in 300 ml. warm water.

Day 3
On an empty stomach drink 250 ml. water with the addition of juice of half a lemon, after 20 minutes, eat 60 grams. flax cereal.

After 2 hours, boil 1 egg, chop the cabbage, mix the ingredients and season the salad with 40 ml. lemon juice.

Cook a chicken for lunch.Take half the breast, cut it into small pieces, put in a baking bag and send to the oven for half an hour. Crush half a lemon in a convenient way and mix with chicken pieces.

A few hours later, eat 100 gr. low-fat cottage cheese with the addition of 5 grams. stevia.

For dinner, you can bake fish and make a salad of any vegetables. In this case, seafood refilled 40 ml. lemon juice, and salad - 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.

At bedtime, drink 300 ml. kefir.

Day 4
Came fasting day. Throughout the day, it is allowed to drink freshly squeezed juice with 1: 1 dilution with water. Also allowed the use of kefir, but not more than 1.5 liters per day. Green tea with lemon without sweetener can be drunk in unlimited quantities. And most importantly - for the day you need to drink 2 liters of water with lemon juice.
