Before we talk about possible variations of the product, consider the classic recipe for soup with smoked.

  • peas (preferably crushed in two) - 270 gr.
  • carrots - 2 pcs. medium size
  • Yellow onion - 2 pcs.
  • potatoes - 750 gr.
  • smoked pork ribs - 600 gr.
  • bacon - 350 gr.
  • bay leaf (to taste)
  • pepper, salt
  • sunflower oil
  • greenery

  1. Put the pork ribs in the pot, pour over boiling water and place on the stove.Turn on medium heat, simmer for 45 minutes, loosely covered with a lid.
  2. After the time, remove the ribs, cool them a little. Remove the meat from the bones, chop into small pieces, send to the broth for further processing.
  3. Pour the peas into a colander, rinse the grains with running water several times to remove plaque. Put it to the pork ribs, cook about 30-40 minutes more.
  4. Grate the carrot with a fine section, chop the onion into small squares. Crush the bacon in thin slices or cubes (optional).
  5. Pour vegetable oil into a deep fat-bottom pan, heat it to the maximum state. Send the onion to roast until golden brown.
  6. Next, add carrots, if necessary add more oil, because the vegetable will absorb everything.
  7. Take another pan with a non-stick coating, fry ham slices on it without vegetable oil. Mix the bacon with the onions and carrots.
  8. Peel the potatoes, chop them in even squares or slices, add to the peas and meat. Next, add a fry with bacon, mix.
  9. Chop the herbs (dill, parsley), add to the pot with the soup.Pepper, salt, throw 5 pieces of bay leaf.
  10. Boil the soup with a half-closed lid. The potato will tell you about the readiness of the dish: it must be soft, fully cooked.

  • smoked pork ribs - 600 gr.
  • split peas - 230 gr.
  • hunting sausages - 180 gr.
  • Bacon (preferably smoked) - 160 gr.
  • dried mushrooms - 45-50 gr.
  • potatoes - 650 gr.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • white onion - 1 pc.
  • vegetable oil
  • celery - 1 stalk
  • salt pepper
  • Bay leaf
  1. Pour dried mushrooms into a container and soak in hot water, leave for half an hour.
  2. Rinse the peas several times, move it to the pan, add smoked ribs.
  3. Pour boiling water over peas and ribs, put the pot on a slow fire, cook for about 1 hour.
  4. Slice smoked bacon and hunting sausages in a convenient way, add to the broth.
  5. Remove the ribs, let them cool, then separate the meat from the bones. Crush into small pieces, put back into the broth. If you prefer to eat meat with bones, skip this step and proceed to the next step.
  6. Place chopped sausages and bacon in a saucepan, salt and pepper.
  7. Remove the soaked mushrooms, squeeze the water out of them, cut them into thin slices, send them to the soup. Boil for about 20-25 minutes.
  8. Cut onions and celery into thin slices, rub carrots. Prepare a fry by processing the vegetables in a frying pan with added vegetable oil.
  9. Chop the potatoes into small cubes, place them in the soup and cook until ready.
  10. Add bay leaf, after cooking, let the soup stand for about half an hour so that the taste is fully revealed.

  • split peas - 280 gr.
  • smoked pork ribs - 350 gr.
  • beef tenderloin - 750 gr.
  • white onion - 2 pcs.
  • potatoes - 300 gr.
  • smoked brisket - 240 gr.
  • smoked bacon - 210 gr.
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
  • rye bread - 220 gr.
  • garlic - 4 teeth
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • corn oil - 80 ml.
  • pepper, salt
  1. Pour the peas into a container, fill it with filtered cold water, leave for 1 hour.
  2. Send the pork ribs, beef tenderloin to the bone in a large saucepan. Pour with boiling water, put on the stove, turn on a small fire, simmer for about 2-2.5 hours.
  3. To increase the richness of the broth, add to the soup 1 carrot, cut into rings, and 1 onion, chopped into 4 parts. In this case, do not forget to constantly add water throughout boiling broth.
  4. In the end, you get 2.3-2.5 liters of tasty broth. After two hours the meat will be ready, it must be pulled out.
  5. Add to the boiled onions and carrots washed and infused peas, brave it on the stove for about half an hour.
  6. At this time, proceed to cleaning the potatoes. Chop it into cubes, send it to the soup, cook until ready, which can be checked with a fork (the device will fall into the fruit).
  7. Chop the loin into small pieces, place in a saucepan with the soup, cook until tender. Salt and pepper soup, add greens if desired.
  8. Cut the smoked bacon into strips, fry it in a pan with the addition of corn oil. Crush in a convenient way (straws, cubes), Bulgarian pepper, onions and carrots, send to the roasting meat.
  9. Next, add the cooked fry to the soup, stew it on the stove for about a quarter of an hour.
  10. Cook the croutons. Chop the bread into medium-sized cubes, heat the pan, add butter and add garlic. After it is ready, add croutons, fry them until golden brown.

Before serving, sprinkle the dish with cooked croutons and greens.

Pea soup with sausage in a slow cooker

The dish is considered to be dietary, because it is prepared on the basis of chicken fillet.

  • Chicken Fillet or Breast - 600 gr.
  • smoked sausage - 300 gr.
  • dry crushed peas - 350 gr.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • potatoes - 400 gr.
  1. Before cooking, fill the city with cold water and leave to soak overnight. After the expiration date, rinse it and place in a saucepan, cook for 1 hour.
  2. Chop the onions and rub the carrots, chop the potatoes into squares, chop the sausage.
  3. Divide the chicken fillet in such a way as to make small pieces. Next, fry them with butter in the “Frying” mode for 10 minutes.
  4. Then send the onions to the meat with carrots, sausage and peas. Monitor the condition of vegetables, as soon as they become soft, switch the mode to indexation "Soup".
  5. Pour filtered water into the slow cooker, add potatoes, spices to taste, greens. Salt, pepper, boil until the timer switches off.
