  1. Classic tincture. For its preparation take half a kilogram of nuts, which must first be washed, dried, selecting nuts with rot or mold.Prepared nuts pour high-quality vodka (500 ml). This solution should be kept in a dark place for two weeks, after which the infusion must be drained, poured into a container made of dark glass, and stored in a cool place. Her healing properties will remain unchanged throughout the year. By the way, the fact that the drink is ready is evidenced by the fact that the kernels inside the nuts completely dissolved. This tool is used for both internal and external use.
  2. Honey tincture. For its preparation, pre-peeled and dried nuts are poured with alcohol, in the proportions indicated above, insist for two weeks. Prepare honey syrup, for which to melt 2 tbsp. spoons of honey in a water bath, mix with warm water. In the resulting syrup pour alcohol tincture, stir and insist another 7 days. Now the tool must be drained, poured into bottles of dark glass. For taste and aroma, you can also add mint or lemon, this drink is perfect for a festive table.
  3. Tincture for external use. The proportions of ingredients for the drug are the same - a pound of nuts and half a liter of vodka.At the same time, after two weeks of infusion of the solution, it is necessary to strain it and refill vodka (500 ml). The second time the tincture is infused for three weeks, and then filtered. Further it is necessary to stir both tinctures, to place means in a container from dark glass. This tool is used to treat orthopedic pathologies, pathologies associated with age-related changes in articular tissue, rheumatological ailments, dermatological problems and to restore the integrity of the dermis when it is damaged. It should be noted that when using tinctures in compresses, the resulting solution must be diluted 1: 2 to prevent skin burns. In addition, you should know that compresses do not impose on open areas, and even more so on bleeding areas. This tincture can also be used for rubbing.

As a rule, with internal use therapy consists of two courses: the use of tincture for a month or two is replaced by a monthly rest, after which the reception of the remedy can be repeated. Before use, the infusion is better to dissolve in water and drink before a daily meal.

When tincture is contraindicated

Despite the many beneficial and healing properties, cedar tincture has some contraindications:

  1. The tool should not be taken in the presence of individual intolerance to the components in the composition of the kernels of nuts.

  3. Children's age, pregnancy, breastfeeding period due to the alcohol content.
  4. With other contraindications of alcohol use.
