  3. Cabbage. Separate several large leaves from the head of cabbage; walk each one of them with a rolling pin. For maximum effect, wrap your feet in a large number of leaves. After the procedure, remove the vegetable, rinse your feet with a contrast shower.
  4. Banana. Do not regret the fruits, you will need about 3 pcs.Peel bananas, mince or blender to make porridge. Add 70 grams. sour cream, knead the mask until smooth. Optionally, you can make a thick mass, poured into it 40 grams. corn starch or 15 gr. gelatin. Lubricate the foot composition, secure with a bandage or cotton cloth. Wait a third of an hour, remove with cold water.
  5. Medicinal plants. Mix wormwood and horsetail in equal quantities (45 gr each), add 20 gr. the succession or thyme. Fill the grass with boiling water, let stand for 1.5 hours. During this time the mixture will cool, you need to filter the broth and pour it into the basin. Add 5 ml. castor oil, 6 drops of geranium ether and 3 ml. eucalyptus. Sprinkle 40 oz. chopped sea salt, mix. Heat the infusion to 38 degrees, lower the feet inside. After 15 minutes, rub your legs with a towel.
  6. Peel of citrus fruits. Peel off 2 oranges, 1 lemon, 1 grapefruit. Crush the peel slices, pour 2 l. boiling water, leave for half an hour. When the broth is infused and cool a little, lower the legs into it. Do the bath for 20 minutes, then wipe with a towel and rinse with cold water.
