Summer garland - description of where the poisonousness of the fungus grows

Summer mushrooms are common mushrooms of the stropharium family, known to a wide range of common people under such names as govorushki.

 Summer garland

This species has the following characteristics, which distinguish it from others:

  1. The cap of the fungus at the beginning of its growth has a slightly convex shape, in adult specimens it is convex-prostrate, with a blunt tubercle in the center. The maximum dimensions of this part of the honeycomb reach 6 cm in diameter. The color is brown, the intensity of the color is directly dependent on weather conditions - it fades in dry weather, and after precipitation the color becomes richer.
  2. The descending plates are rare, adherent to the cap, the color of the plates is brown. The spores are dark.
  3. The leg of the honeycomb is brown, the surface is fibrous, the shape is cylindrical, tapering at the base. In height legs of an agony reach 80 mm, no more than 1 cm in thickness. It has a characteristic ring of brown color, the lower part of the leg is covered with small scales.
  4. The pulp of the fruit body is light brown, rather thin with a watery structure, the aroma is pleasant - woody, the taste is delicate.

Distribution and collection

Basically, such a fungus as govorushka grows in forests of mixed and deciduous type, fairly large colonies. This type of fungus gives the greatest preference to cool areas with an average level of humidity, as a rule, settles on damaged or decaying wood. The ripening period of summer mushrooms is divided into several waves - from mid-spring and almost until the first frosts.

In fact, this fungus leads a parasitic way of life, fruit bodies of honeydew affect several trees simultaneously. At the same time, the latter can be of different types (patina milky). Most often, large clusters of govorushki grow in hard to reach places.

It should be noted that in areas with a fairly mild climate, fruiting of linden mushroom is observed almost all year round.

Similar species

To date, it is known about several species of mushrooms, which, although externally similar to the mushroom, nevertheless, are inedible and dangerous to human health and life. In this case, they coincide not only with the growing conditions, but also with the fruiting season.

 Kuehneromyces mutabilis

  1. Galerina fringed - a very dangerous, poisonous mushroom, which at first glance looks almost like a gossip. Nevertheless, having met such a gift of nature in the forest, it can be distinguished from an edible mushroom by some characteristic features. The hat of the gallery with a border is an ocher-red shade, the leg is fibrous with a yellow ring, there are no scales at the base. The smell is specific - flour. This mushroom, unlike mushrooms, does not form intergrowths; it grows in a heap, but alone. Most often, this type of mushroom is found in coniferous forests.
  2. Sulfur yellow false swell. The main color of this poisonous species of mushrooms is yellow with a characteristic grayish tint, the cap has a reddish brown top, the plates are dark olive green. There is no ring on the leg. This inedible mushroom grows in small colonies, the fruiting season - from July to the first frost. The shape of a bell in the form of a bell with outstretched edges. The flesh is light with a yellowish tinge, it has an unpleasant smell and a very bitter taste. The spores are brown.
  3. Red-brick folly fox differs from its edible counterpart by its rich orange-red color, bitter yellowish flesh and leg without a ring. The flesh of the fruit body is fleshy. The spores are purplish brown. Leg narrowed at the base, the ring is missing.
  4. Serovoplastin mocket is one of the few species of mushrooms that is an edible relative of the govorushka. The cap is yellowish-brown with a characteristic darkening in the center. The color of the lamellar structure depends on the maturation of the spores.
  5. Psatirella Candolla is a conditionally poisonous variety of mushrooms that grow in fairly large groups from late spring to mid-autumn. Cap form bell-shaped, wavy-winding edges. The surface of the cap is almost smooth, there are small scales, the color from the yellowish brown color of the unsaturated brown. The white flesh of the fungus is very fragile, with a characteristic pronounced mushroom aroma and taste. Leg, thickened at the base, the color more cream. Spore powder has a brownish tint.
  6. Water-loving Psatirella is a poisonous mushroom, the fruiting season is autumn. Grows in small intergrowths or groups. The cap shape, like in many inedible species, is bell-shaped, the skin of the fruit body has a dark brown or brown-yellow color. The center of the cap has a slight bulge, the edges are cracked. The brown flesh of the fungus is rather thin, the structure is watery, the taste is bitter. The leg of such a honeydew species is hollow inside, the surface is smooth, the color is brown.

Processing and preparation: what is important to consider?

 Processing and cooking summer experience
Govorushka - a delicious edible mushroom, the preparation of which does not require mandatory pre-heat treatment (implying boiling). For the preparation of this type of natural gifts, first of all, clean the mushrooms from the foliage, blades of grass, wash well. After that, the mushrooms can be cooked in one of the selected ways (fry, simmer, marinate).

Also govorushek often dried. If this type of mushroom treatment is selected, they should not be washed first. As a rule, fragrant mushroom powder is made from dried lime mushrooms. It is an excellent flavoring for various soups, dips, sauces and other culinary dishes.

The most important condition for any mushroom picker is the precise definition of edible mushrooms from their life-threatening twins, especially in this type of fringed galerina.

Growing up

Today, many of our compatriots are engaged in the cultivation of summer mushroom in their local area, an important condition for the growth of these mushrooms is the presence of several stumps on the site. Inoculation is carried out by carefully transferring several areas of wood contaminated with mycelium, for subsequent introduction into the holes made in the stumps beforehand (up to 0, 8 cm in diameter). After the mycelium is placed in the holes, it is covered with moss. The best time to infect the wood of a stump with mycelium of burrspoon is spring or autumn. The duration of fruiting such a mushroom plantation is about 7-8 years.

Caring for a home mushroom plantation does not require special requirements, the most important thing is to provide effective protection from direct sunlight, and the required level of humidity for full development and growth.
