Despite the name, the bird called Slav Hawk does not belong to the predatory order. This is a relatively small individual, which has nothing in common with large winged birds, except for the cognate word. The only thing in which the characteristics of these two species of birds can be repeated is in the coloring of the hull of the males. On the parietal region, the feathers are in an elevated state. Because of this feature, it seems that the shape of the head is elongated.
  5. The bird belongs to the shrub type, therefore it does not come across a man’s eyes and does not like attention very much. Individuals of male affiliation can hover in the tree crown, and then start singing and flying at the same time.

Description

  1. The males are gray with an ash tint. Brownish blotches on his plumage are seen badly. On the chest there is a transverse pattern that stretches along the abdominal area to the area under the tail. Also this drawing comes on lateral parts.
  2. The iris is yellow-brown, the pupils are black. The wings are brownish, dark, with a pair of longitudinal strips visible on them. On the fly feathers there is a whitish peak. The figure, located across, consists of hemispheres of a dark tone. It is observed above the tail and on the shoulder blades.
  3. The shade of the beak is dark, at its base there are light inclusions. The tip is dark in the same way, and in the middle a yellowish pigment is sometimes visible. Legs are colored gray with yellowness. Individuals of the male sex are the brightest, distinguished among the young and beautiful ladies.
  4. Females, in turn, do not differ in bright coloring of feathers. They are dull, like youngsters up to a year. The upper part of the body is pigmented grayish with brown tint. In the lower section of the case there is a pattern resembling scales. It is better seen under the tail and on the sides. Eyes change their shade depending on the season. For example, in autumn they are brownish, and yellow in spring.

It is located transversely.The wingspan of the represented individuals is truly amazing. At the same time the edges are painted in light color. Because of this, it feels like wings are uneven.
